PIP Squeaks is wonderful example of Indoor play zones. This indoor play zone is designed for kids of Kindergarten-age and under to play under parental or guardian supervision. This play zone is run by local park and creation department along with local United Way body. A safe and clean place for play for peak winters.  

પીપ સ્ક્વીક્સ - ભૂલકાઓ માટે બનાવવામાં આવેલ રમત-ગમત કેન્દ્ર, જ્યાં બાળકો માતા-પિતા કે વાલીના નિરીક્ષણ હેઠળ રમી શકે છે. ભર શિયાળાની ઠંડીમાં જયારે ઘરથી બહાર નીકળવું અઘરું બની જાય છે ત્યારે 5-6 વર્ષ સુધીના બાળકો અહી જુદાં-જુદાં રમત ગમતના સાધનોની મોજ માણી શકે છે. આ કેન્દ્ર સ્થાનિય મનોરંજન અને પાર્ક સમિતી અને સામાજિક સંસ્થા United way દ્વારા ચલાવવામાં આવે છે.

કઠપુતળી, એક જૂની લોક કલાનો પ્રકાર છે. જેમાં લાકડાથી બનાવેલ ઢીંગલાં-ઢીંગલીઓને કપડાંથી સજાવીને તારથી બાંધી, જુદા-જુદા ખેલરૂપે  રજૂ કરવામાં આવે છે.

 

આ લોકકલા 1000 વર્ષ કરતાં પણ જૂની છે. જે મુખ્યત્વે રાજસ્થાનમાં ઉદ્ભવી હોય તેવું મનાય છે. આ લુપ્ત થઇ રહેલી મનોરંજક કલાને આજે પ્રોત્સાહન આપી, આ  પારંપરીક ધરોહરને સાચવવું જરૂરી બન્યું છે.

 

Kathputali - Indian Puppet is an old folk art in which doll made of wood, cloths and wire are used for telling stories with different entertaining presentation.

 

This folk art is more than 1000 year old. This art is believed to be orginated in current indian state, Rajasthan.
